I am REA in Noosa the holiday unit capital in Aust I think. It is my opinion that this type of investment can be bettered. A large number of Investors buy this type of unit because they happen to be on holidays and feel great and want to own part of paradise. My first question to anyone who asks me about Holiday Let units is “Do you want investment return or a Lifestyle investment. Some people do desire the latter…. You can do very well in Holiday Units but you have to buy right and sell at the top. Returns are ordinary – Growth can be fantastic or really ordinary, so it becomes extremely important that you seek oout the right advice For help in the future

Happy to adviseI guess I am asking the same question as swampy….If you are looking to buy the ideal process in my opinion is to develop a relationship with one agent gain confidence in that individual and let him/her guide you to the property purchases. If you give loyalty the Agent if he/she is a good one will recognise this and assist/advise so as to ensure the relationship returns the business to him.

Real Estate Agent NoosaHi there, I am an Agent in Noosa and with regards to your question – In Queensland your offer is how you want it i.e. if you wish a 120 day settlement then you can in your offer put that to the Seller – It is however up to the Seller whether he or she accepts it.
