Now We are in the process of negotiation with our neighbor to see if we can sort this out between ourselves first. I think we will need to do some drive through testing before set up the new fence. I think It's quite risky to maximum out on LVR for the sake of 'asset protection". as your wealth is measured by how much equity you have rather than how big your loan is.
