    Legal forms, letters, articles, information, links, to book reviews and renovation tips! It really is a great way to run your property yourself, with the help of the info that’s available to members.

    http://www.thelandlord.com.au is a website for Landlords running their own rental property and they have a defaulting and a reccommended tenant database.
    Yes, those others are for real estate agents but thelandlord’s is for ‘us’ investors who do it ourselves – how cool is that!
    It has heaps of other great stuff on there as well like forms and letters, articles, a forum, book reviews – you name it!
    You should check it out.
    About time someone was thinking about ‘us’ Landlords and not the tenants or agents who alot of the time rip us off.

    That’s ok. But do what i’m going to do and get stuck into some posts! I reckon that anything where Landlords/Investors can get together to chat is awesome! Spread the word and i’m sure others will post too.[biggrin]

    The amount of time you must give your tenant is set by the Laws and Legislation governing Residential Tenancy Agreeement.
    You shoul join http://www.thelandlord.com.au – they give you all this sort of info when you run a property yourself.
    You can get into trouble if you do not follow the correct amount of time too.

    check out http://www.thelandlord.com.au – it’s a great resource for Landlords who manage their own property and it’s only $110 for a year!!!
    I find the info really helps.
