I have been to a number of ZOOM calls, phone calls, bombarded with emails, phone messages about Property Investment with +ve Cash Flow.
My head hurts. Upon investing some tell tale signs of rorts on some of these companies flouting +ve Cash Flow, I came across this site and found a few discussion threads on some of the suspecting people or companies.
The information is far and few between, but very handy and informative.

I’m so glad I came across Property Investing and signed up.

I also appreciate @scott for his opinion, but would like to understand ‘Why’.
