    Great one Steve. I recall a recent study that said if you use the word “because” it helps people agree with you even if the reason (of the because) is not entirely valid. Eg Can I step in front please because I need to use the photocopier (of a line of people using a photocopier) Apparently like over 70% compliance. Keep up the great work!

    Seems 3 is the order of the day

    1. Purchase our 1st ("real") investment property before 30-Jun-13 – this will be a break through for me on many levels. I've not bought many!

    2. Continue education for property (apprentice programme) and learn about income accelerators – find income accelerator (that grows) but provides $2k/mth min by 30-Jun-13

    3. Family – they are the reason for the above and spend as much QUALITY time with them (starts now and has no end date)

    Best of luck to everyone for '13 – lucky for some laugh
