    Hi Jewel

I would stay right away from that sort of arangement, apart from the short term equity help for you where’s the win/win.

What agreat mother inlaw! I’d go that way.

The Brisbane side of Ipswich still seems to be having some gains, but it’s hard to find cashflow +ve there now.

    Good Luck

    Hi MJ

I’ve always found the more rooms the easier to rent. Well around Brisbane anyway.

If the number stack up I wouldn’t hesitate.

    Thanks for the reply

Most of the second hand homes I have looked at to date appeared to need a lot of reno work when they get relocated. If you recon it can be done for that sort of money I will look a bit closer at as an option,

Have you had experience with moving houses? I am feeling a little unsure with all the bad publicity you hear about their ethics.

Either way. My original plan was to relocate old ones, but the costs I have seen so far seem to make it uneconomical

    Hi All

I think any incentive is a good idea, however, I believe that if you get to know what motivates your tennants and design an incentive to suit, you will really reap the rewards.

I guess it’s easier to do when you only have a handfull, but I have gained some great insights on mine, just by chatting to them.

    Everyone likes to feel appreciated.

    Hi Lachlan

I have an accountant here in Brisbane whose advice I have been very happy with. I will send his details on to you.

    Ditto Brett

I also have just come from the Master Class in Brisbane and the information I gleened on trusts seem to hold a number of answers for presenting problems on my investing horizon.

I can not wait to get my copy of Wealth Guardian.

    Happy Investing
