Hi propertyboy, we (hubby and I) just had to find new tenants, and based on some comments on ths site used landlordschoice.com.au  to advertise our property on realestate.com.au. Part of the deal was a legal pack, maybe you can get it from them for free?

    Hi Phorsha,

you can get a legal pack including all the different forms (not just the rental agreement) from Landlordschoice.com.au. I used them just a couple of weeks ago to find tenants for our property, and part of their package is a legal pack.

    Hi,

just wanted to report back. We used Landlords Choice, and found a new tenant in just over a week! They did see the ad on realestate.com.au, so it was definitely worth advertising there.

Very happy, thanks so much for the tip, Marcus!

Hi, thank you all for your comments.
Dannnyde, I looked at the site you recommended, it's American? Seems like you are based in the USA?

Marcus, thank you for pointing out a way to get on realestate.com.au, I will have a look at landlordschoice.
