    Sounds too good to be true and the agent doesn’t instill much confidence. What’s wrong with this place?What does the contract and vendor’s statement reveal? What are the planning law considerations and outlook for that suburb into the future? Before going further discuss these things with your solicitor, sounds like something’s missing.

    Thanks for your concern Jacqui, although I think it’s fairly short-sighted. I’ve seen plenty of people get burned on incorrect legal and financial advice in my line of work. Knowing the law in this area back to front might appeal to someone out there who finds all the legal and duties issues daunting. I’m obviously willing to negotiate with the right person on the exchange of a pound of flesh. I’m sure someone out there may find some value in what I have to offer so if that person does exist, feel free to PM me and we can work out a deal.
