I attended a seminar run by Jenman at which he exposed the tricks and traps of r/e. Most of what he said rung true given my experience. By the way this was totally free and he refused to endorse any of the agents who sponsored the event. A bit extreme but indicative of the principles of the man.

Bottom line from what everyone else is saying is don’t rule them out but own due diligence needed like any other deal which might be looked at.
