Well… sometimes you get what you pay for though.
You’d have to check out how many properties each manager is actually looking after. Personally, I’d rather pay a little bit more for good service than pay less to an burnt-out manager who is too busy to act promptly.
I am very happy with my PM. They never bother me; if there’s a problem, I hear about it after it’s already been solved.
I like that!!![biggrin]
OK Luckyone, I didn’t know this was categorised as townhouses. I thought these kind of developments were cluster housing developments, since they are unattached and don’t form a row.
I think they become moderators and stop posting.I used to enjoy Chan$ posts but never see them since he got promoted.
Russ, I think the fact that Chan is not posting as much as he used to, is not related to him becoming a moderator. I think he’s not able to access the site from work anymore.
It’s not only important to remove the Trojan horse, but personally, after getting rid of it, I would change my passwords as well, as some types of Trojans (key logging Trojans)capture usernames and passwords.
They create remote backdoors and you’ll be open to phishing- hacker’s dream come true!
You also got to be careful that there are no applications on your pc that contain codes that actually have the ability to hide Trojan horses (some P2P software programs, for example).
A townhouse shares one or two lateral walls with other townhouses, perhaps connected by garages. Usually you find townhouses in a row in medium density zoned areas. They normally have a small rear courtyard. They have two (or more) floors.
A house stands alone in a residential zoned area and shares no walls with other dwellings.
I also think that houses are usually torrens titled and townhouses strata titled.
Not sure on this one though.
I think, from my enquiry in the past, that they ‘strongly adviced’ to use their mortgage broker or lender.
I just wonder why that is…is it just because they have made a deal with this lender, or is it because no other lender would agree with the valuation price?
If I buy something I want to choose my own broker or lender!
And the idea of a Job (yuk, why prostitute yourself in working for someone who will tell you what to do all day, start your own business). WEhy give to someone else your most creative and energetic years of your life.
Westan, I’m selecting the same quote as Jay did, because I want to add that not every job is a form of prostitution!
If you ‘sell’ your time to make the world a better place, or to safely make money, using your creativity, why would that be a bad thing to do?
OK starting your own business has many benefits, but it doesn’t suit everyone.
And a lot of businesses fail-it can be risky and it is not always that easy.
Many people like their job and do see it as a safe way to make money, without the hassle and risk of running their own business.
