Adelaide prices are still holding relatively firm. The median is around 280K. One of the best areas to buy and hence rent is along the Anzac Highway. This is the main road that runs from Glenelg to the city. (Best to look it up on a map). Glenelg is by the ocean and is full of high rise, cafes etc. bit like the gold coast. Anywhere on Anzac highway is 15 minutes to the city or the sea.
