Hello everyone so i been renting with my dad with LJ hooker for a year , and there was a damage on the roof a small leaking because of the rains , and we went to the LJ hooker officer to advice them , and if the could fix it , as it is their job , then the agent said we sorry about that but you guys no longer with us you are renting directly from the house owner so basically private renting . so after our contract finished we haven’t didnt renew it . we stayed paying to the private house owner . then we stopped paying for a week or two , we advised the owner and he said its alright . then from no where LJ hooker agent shows us on our front door , rudely opens the door and saying we need to pay rent . as if . we didnt renew the contract with them . and also we haven’t been advised that the owner back with them . then we moved from the house because we didnt want LJ hooker anymore , and they ended up putting our name on tica . but thats not fair if we not longer with them and we havent renew the contract . whats the best options to get it off tica guys ? please help .
