Well said.  I will add that based on the nature of your question I would say the best investment you could make is in education. I am not saying to pay a guru or go to expensive seminars. I am am just saying start reading books and forums like this.

Took me a second to get that Scott :) Wholesaling is finding an off market real estate deal and getting a contract to purchase it but instead of closing the deal yourself you assign the rights to buy the house to a different buyer for a fee.
