    Seems the major cities (e.g. shanghai Beijing) are way too expensive
    how about what they called 2nd class cities: hangzhou, tsing tao?

    Hey guys

    I will give a go to the gumtree site, and also did some research this weekend

    I found trip advisor opened a site called flip keys, looks good

    Also found an article regarding a website Wimdu
    http://au.news.yahoo.com/today-tonight/consumer/article/-/12440435/spare-cash-for-spare-rooms

    How do you guys think these “integrated” website?
    I can see it protects host more for getting full payment.
    I don’t care much about the 3% commission but do they really have guests??
    This is always important for me to decide long-term vs short term

    I mean I know gumtree or craiglist but any other platform???
