    Thanks for the advice. I went to a mortgage broker this afternoon and ran my figures by him. He is going to get back to me with an answer soon. :)

    I pretty much figured what you said would be the case… My payslips show the amount after the lease payments are made.

    I think that regardless of the specific’s, Kiyosaki’s books have some concepts which are very relevant and useful.

    I do also think that one shouldn’t just read one person’s idea of ‘becoming rich’… and instead read as many books as possible on the subject :) hehe

    Hi all,

    I’m new to the forum… Hopefully I can both get something from coming here, and give something back too.

    In NSW, real estate agents have a tool called RPData that they subscribe to. I don’t know how much they pay for it, although I know that my friendly agent (I look after their IT requirements) has been helpful in looking up property sale prices and dates for me. [:D]
