    I am not a solicitor but use them quite often. Weekly in fact.

    There is no way I could do what I do with them online. It is just something I thought would never happen.

    Like those online trusts and companies, great to save money but if something goes wrong you have no idea if you setup correctly till the <edited> hits the fan.

    Goodluck, I would personally take Bouncing Bunny advice and stay clear away. Pay the few dollars more and deal with real people. You can’t sue a computer for giving you incorrect information either. haha, j/k.

    That is a pretty vague request.

    What kind of information are you looking for exactly?

    Are you looking to join or just curious? Did they offer you something that you found a little too good to be true?

    I use them as a reference point. They do a lot of research and have found lots of great growth areas. Sometimes they even value add when you buy a place through them, such as fully furnished rental property etc.

    I believe they do have your best interest at heart and the support members I deal with are nothing more than respectable and honourable in my experience.

    you will be able to claim the 150K as investment and the 40k will be as is.

    Of you can be shonky and claim the lot, and just pray you don’t get caught.

    To get the owner’s name,

    I would call the council and tell them you want to find the owner to discuss fencing or something.

    They will give out details but no phone number.

    If you go through the agent, you may get less chance of success as they will still have to pay agents fees on the reduced sale price.

    The fact of the matter is we are in Australia and I don’t care who you are that is a crime.

    As an employer, I would love to meet anyone that gets away with paying any one, student, trainee, son you name it that kind of wage.

    As for Jack, well read all his posts on all his topics before you make that staement.

    Still trying too work out if he is serious or just taking the piss.

    Can’t you rent a place yourself?

    I have just gone through the same scenario. My PM wrote to the tenants and they refused to move. I offered to help find a place and move them out, renting a truck and helping myself.

    They were out in a month.

    Failing that, you can do as suggested above. REnt a place yourself for the same money they pay or less and use their rent to offset your rent.

    Or I could rent you one, I have a few in SA.
