    Tony please tell me more.

I am interested in what you are stating here and how you do a deal like that.

As for the largest Australian property Investment Company, is that over all or Privately owned? Cause if it is publicly owned I am surprised the value is kind of low, or I am just misinformed.

Can i also ask, are you currently selling in Richmond or buying yourself?

You could even get real cheeky and agree to a notebook if he pays you what the net tax deduction is. Kind of an incentive for him to bribe you to accept.

YOu can pretty much claim a notebook each year from my understanding.

Either by salary sacrafice or a tax deduction. He is correct as it is more of a saving then if you bought a standard PC.

    Marc,

Can I ask who you think you are?

I will post what I like when I like and say what I want.

YOu can cut and post and paste and eat what I write.

AS for no PM’s, what is that about? You above the world? You don’t read them?

I can’t imagine you being very successful in personal development after reading your posts.

I have to agree with WAyne here, you are ridiculous.

Give me a number so I can tell you personally, better still, where can we meet, I would be happy to share my opinion face to face any time mate.

Some of these threads are beyond ridiculous.

    Another that should be closed.

I thought this site had some substance and of late, I am seriously thinking of moving on.

    I agree Myoung,

My point was it is not a crime to grow one and hence would not be a good reason to enter the property.

They don’t list your property anywhere.

You have to register to look at anything for sale.

YOu get one offer your absolute best offer and they don’t negotiate.

They charge high commissions for sale.

They preach and almost dictate that other non jenmen agents are criminal.

I could go on, but Jenman is not worth my time and energy. If you are happy with them I suggest you stay with them. All others, watch out, as a buyer they may be ok, if you can sift through the bull<edited>. As a seller, you will not get the best price using a Jenman agent.

It is perfectly legal in SA to grow one plant.

So that wouldn’t work here dazzling.

But I like the rest of your post

ONe query I do have come to think of your situation.

How do you know they haven’t moved in? My agent tenants out a place and only checks once every 3months. So we wouldn’t know if they tenant hadn’t moved in.

So not sure where we would stand insurance wise.

Some of the above posts just leave me speachless.

20 years ago I would also doing dam paper run and getting paid $3.50 for 3-4 hours work. But what you fail to mention is i trippled that in tips and it was a great income.

As for working for $5 in today’s market, get over yourselves. You can’t do work experience for free for any extended time frame, it is a crime!!!!!

Get your heads out of the sand and do some homework before you show your ignorance.

Network marketing does have its place don’t get me wrong, but next you are going to tell me we should all join Amway, or Network21 or whatever they choose to call themselves now. Some are done to death and simpler things like property investing may be a better option.

Oh it will be a reno job if they leave it the way they set it up for growing.

HOles in the roof, carpet ripped up, electricity points moved. I have had nightmares after this kind of tenant.

Paulownia is 8-10 that is the limit for me.

You can’t predict what the supply will be like in 10-15 years.

Nat R they still have the ruling and it is not rescinded. You should check them out.

Gatsby, the tax incentive are great as tree growing is considered as a primary production activity.

I am an example of 100% tax deduction, low operating costs of around $1000 a year and a return yet to be determined.

Goto http://www.baycorp.com.au and order your own personal credit file.

you may not have even been listed. if not you have nothing to worry about just pay it. if so then you have small hurdles to get over before investing.

I can’t see how Jenman can fool so many good people into believing 1/10 of what he says is true. His systems and his sales methods are flawed.

I use Queensland Paulownia Forests, approved ruling by the taxation department.

You get a lease on a patch of grass, half acre I believe that holds about 51 trees on it. Matures in under ten years.

Yes there are a lot of scamsters in this industry and just make sure you do insure your trees against fire.

    Contact the public trustees office.

They look after wills and estates, most deals go to auctions.
