how much are the repairs worth?

what is the property truly valued at.

what value would you expect once renovated?

I am from Adelaide and would be curious to know where you find a unit in the city that is earning such a nice return.

Frank please think outside the square. Adelaide is a great place as is SA and there are many deals here.

You know people can live here on the dole with a mate and live comfortably. Cost of living is a lot less than most other states and hence housing is cheaper etc.

nothing wrong with owning property around the black stumps. We are in a large country and surely you could consider looking further than Newscastle. I find that could also be considered the black stumps for me. J/K.

There are currently small units in Adelaide City selling giving gross returns over 10%. So don’t tell me they aren’t here.

    Why would you sell it?

The agent only wants to earn a commission.

If you have too sell that is a different story. And if so, why not sell it privately.

    Can you subdivide the block?

SA is the state for pensioners and students.

Also the most public holidays than other state.

Wrapping is no go here, but lease option is definitely ok.

that sounds like a strange ruling to me.

So what you are now telling us all is that we should be asking for all unregistered easements on all properties we are considering to purchase.

For a few hundred dollars, I will get someone to stop her behaviour instantly.

Seriously, people like this need to be tought some manners.

Due to the fact they are in a position of power, they think they can get away with anything.

Why not suggest you get security camra’s in at work, like closed circuit TV, i bet she changes her entire aspect of work ethics.

is there really a benefit in a trust holding shares in a company that owns the asset?

I would have thought that would be a pointless excercise if you are trying to protect the assets.

Are you talking about in business or in a property?

If it is in a property do you mean one property or multiple properties.

ABN belongs to an entity, if you change the entity you need a new ABN from my understanding.
