    I’m interested…pls xplain…
    How long have you been in this fund & how long has this fund been going?
    What makes it low risk?
    I would say most people would have been happy with their stocks just before the bust

    The deposit can be accessed prior to settlement by the vendor using a sect.27
    The buyer can delay the early release of deposit funds for 28 days after the sect 27 is served.
    I have just done this for a residentual sale.

    Hi there,
    1st post from me so pls be kind [happy3].
    Just sold PPOR & now have some funds to start looking for 1st IP.
    Need to buy something to settle by Mid Feb so we don’t incurr 2 months exit penalty on existing mortgage [hmm]
