After thinking about my last post, i guess its in everyones best interest if i explain my situation.
My Boyfriend and i are buying a home for $360,000. $250,000 to be paid at settlement, and the remaining $110,00 to be paid mid 2007. The vendor is very happy about the situation. It is a private sale between the 3 of us, and it suits us all fine.The Banks wont touch us, as they are worried we arent going to pay up. We have an excellent credit history, and we have a deposit. Can anyone suggest anywhere that will lend us the money? More to the point are there lenders out there who actually deal in Vendor financing, and understand it?
