St George is $20 if you transfer funds through the internet … a very easy process … I am sure other banks provide cheap online overseas transfers like St George

[baaa]I know exactly where you are coming from …. I am over half way through the book and after the first 2 chapters realised I have been doing it all wrong …. negative gearing was the way to go I thought … looking forward to selling up negatively geared property in Sydney and finding positively geared investments.

I too was hoping it was all a bad joke …. might as well follow Bob Carr’s lead and buy offshore …. what incentive is there to continue investing in property in NSW considering the average medium property is now $500,000 plus …. time to sell I think and move offshore!!!
