hi smj, am interested in reading the book but feel that it might just confuse me and really cement my relative poverty..does the book have any advice on purchasing property when you have debts??
thanks scott..my only concern is that i will end up having a small part of my room uncarpeted (around the doorway and probably around the window frame) and it may end up looking odd..but i agree that laying the carpet on the tiles would be the most efficient way to go..
thanks guys. i'm not sure if it's comfort plus tools.my frames are all wooden and some places that i have rang only deal with aluminium frames.all i do know is that this will be one very costly exercise
the glass that insulates against the cold and heat.my house is going to get incredibly hot during summer due to the windows, and lose a lot of heat in the winter.i read in the paper that the new pilkington glass has some type of thermal protection. i'm sure that there would be other types too, i'm just unaware of them.
update on the situation.when they revoked the finance, they did it because of where both houses are positioned, outer northern suburbs of melbourne.what they forgot is that she actually works at the bank part time as a clerk.when they were reminded, they relented!define ethics?
hi boshy, my brother in law recently relaminated his benchtops, inexpensive and they look great. hope this helps. he has also used the granite transformations product on two of the benchtops, inexpensive but they look a million dollars. tenant was happy.
thanks don.. i spoke with her and all the documentation was completed.. they are on an 90 day settlement and have found out less than 2 weeks before actual settlement date..what does this all mean for her? does she lose the house?

our solicitor just sacked me!! he said that i was dodgy and unethical for not wanting to release the $44,000 deposit 120 days early.. he can't work for me but the question still stands – can the vendor force me to hand over the deposit long before settlement?
