      Thank you so much for your responses, helps to boost that confidence a bit more. 

       I know we still have a lot to learn, its great to take in your comments and hopefully in the future we can return the favours!
      Mark, we hadn't condidered a buyers agent .. Can you fill us in some more? Do they charge by commission?
      Just a quick question regarding cash/equity. Any ideas on how much portion of each we would use to secure say 2 x properties worth say $200 000?
