Thanks Kay no I’ve never dealt with a solicitor. Does anyone know of a good solicitor in Adelaide.
It was hard work getting these 2 as my partner is so scared of money, we’ve got 4 IP’s now, bought a lovely 5 yr old house on the coast last year it looked nice so he let us buy it. Where as this was a different buy as I was only looking for +$,

he was just so unorganised, I just reckon at least a guy in a suit looks organised. It was also the first time I’ve never shaken a RE agents
