Thanks for your response. What are the current interest rates for such a security? How much would the repayments be over 15 years?
Brizza replied to the topic Taxi PLate finance in the forum Finance 12 years, 11 months ago
Do lenders still only go upto 60-70% LVR for Taxi Plates? If this is still the case what sort of repayments and over what time period would be expected with a 40% deposit?

On another note, besides following the usual path of getting hammered at a big 4 firm for 3 years and coming out with a CPA / CA. Do any graduates follow the path of getting experience as an Accountant to meet the ATO tax agent registration requirments and look to practice on their own?

I see. Thanks for the info.So from a legal ownership perspective, if I've wrapped my property and the transfer documents have not been lodged, and no stamp duty paid, is my spouse entitled to half during a divorce? As in, do I still own it or do the people I'm wrapping it to own it?
Brizza replied to the topic Wrap with divorce in the forum Creative Investing 16 years, 1 month ago
Thanks for the info. During the wrap process, are relevant docuemnts lodged with the authorities to signify the transfer of ownership?

Thanks again for your response.
If I chose not to disclose the information to the bank, is there anyway that they can find out?
During the contract of sale between the wrapper and the wrappee, does the OSR notify the bank of anything during the time of stamp duty processing?
Brizza replied to the topic Wrapping – What happens when I notify bank? in the forum Creative Investing 18 years, 8 months ago
Thanks for your response.
If I wrap a property to someone, are they eligible to receive the FHOG and if so, how does this work if the property remains in my name?
And this may sound like a stupid question, but if the banks do not allow you to wrap, how do people do it? Is it done through financiers that will allow wrapping or is it done without…[Read more]

Thanks for your response.
I’m assuming that because most loans are mortgage insured, there’s no way to get around the postcode restrictions, are there any lenders who will lend favourably to non-metro areas, perhaps lenders that self-insure maybe?
