    Master builders or hia should have a list of builders in your area. Best to go for a builder who will draft the plans for re-submission to council – you may or may not be able to use the slab but will in all likelihood need to have it assessed by an engineer – good reputable building company should organise this for you ( though they will charge you). See if you can find out who laid the original slab and if it was "signed off on" , also check your copyright for the plans…. You may need to have those released to you. 

    Read the fine print on the building contracts and exclude as many pc costs as you can . Talk to builders referees yourself.

    Open to ideas. Happy to leave in  some equity in return for part of profit – person taking it over would be able to go into development with minimal capital depending on their lending capability –  project can be completed with six months.   All ideas welcome

    Development partly done , valuation prior to commencement 2.7 mill, 1.9 owed to bank, 350k needed to complete, end value, 3.4  as vacant land blocks and one existing house.
