To me, another important thing to consider is the lease term. You mentioned a two year lease – is there further options of another two years? If this leasee was to vacate at the end of the two years, what uses could be made of the building? Many questions need to be asked and considered.

Thanks TerryW. I have been dealing with one of the big 4 and they are insisting on proof of strata titling otherwise they would value the 4 residence on one title therefore much lower valuation than needed. Valued as 4 seperate strata residences not a problem if can satisfy strata title issue.

Hi Feathers,
We have raised and slid Queenslanders and postwar homes in Brisbane. We used a house removalist Rick Morris but there are quite a number who do this. You will also need plumber, electrician, draftsperson, Council fees etc. Cost will depend on size of house, number of stumps etc but $15K+ is probably a starting area.

Bank and brokers are the real hinderance to wealth creation.
