    Hope i am not insulting anyone but i am from adel and have had a bit to do with the jenman system neils creation. I believe that he is the biggest crook of them all. I have had a lot better responses from some smaller agents they tend to want to work with the buyers more. if you want to sell go through the bigger agents because they are better negotiators.

    Thanks dell, What was steves seminar like? cost? and what did it involve? I realy enjoyed the reno kings aswell but i just dont have the time at the moment to do renos with a full time job and a baby on the way. But i have brought a property using what i learnt and plan to renovate it down the track at the moment the tenant is happy so i dont wont to scare him of.
