Hmmm, not quite true from my experience anyway.

Tried to buy block of 12 strata titled units, tried finance, but could only come up with finance via a commercial loan. Which made it unviable for us. You may know a way around this, or the bank may say yes to your request.

    All the best.

    Seven,

Totally agree with you. Who hasnt got upset at time to time on here? From what I have read, Bec was anti Wrapping,( I am not anti Wrapping) why not give the newer people the opportunity to see both sides of the story? There would be very few people left on here if we were all banned for being negative at times.

Steve, this is your forum, but I think that you rethink this.

Comparing Henry Kaye to Steve McKnight!!!

    Chalk and cheese?

One who ripped the hell out of everything, the other whom seems to be ethical ( even to his remaining wrappees )

Must have been a slip of the tongue surely?

Interesting. I think it’s base on the way you market your product. I think HK over market his product, that’s why he is now seem to be a bad guy, but I never think he is.

Where as Steve, he market his product in such away that give a lot of positive attitude toward it.

    Marketing is the key.

    Hi there,

have said it before and I’ll say it again,

I like this town, the weather is awesome, nice beaches, great fishing, good camping.

    However,

People are leaving in droves, the average median price has not doubled in 16 years, the real estate agents are trying to talk it all up, and they could very well be right in the end, high rise apartment blocks are going up everywhere, starting at high 200’s up to 600-700k.

Buyer beware? and you will need some luck too .

This could be the next big boom area, but gee I dunno.

    My humble opinion,

    Hi all,

Prices have already gone through the roof there. Brother in law bought 3 Bd unit across the road from Movie world off siganto dr and he is laughing all the way to the bank. I think more than doubled in 2 years, we looked at unit across the road for $78000, but couldnt due to restrained finances ( baby ) at the time . Doooooooooh

    Brent,
get your fact right before start writing. As for my case I never said I am not going to pay but if I can got my taxable income below threshold then why not?

This is why I call you a Hipocrite you dill, SIS is only doing the same thing that you are doing , since 1996 for christ sake, and you are having a go at him. Do you see now, or do I have to draw you a picture?

    Yep,

Poor buggers, go and pay to get edumecated, then a high percentage finish and there are no jobs for them. Another reason I think SIS is alright, gone and helped himself, and yes we all know he has to eventually pay back the money with CPI increases. Especially him.

    Unbelievable,
    R
This kid is not sitting at home bludging on the system, he is probably keeping people employed with his spending on repairs, rental agents, etc etc. So what if he wants to hang on to his dollars an extra year or two?

Please tell me if I am wrong, I am sure there are several different levels, but isn’t Journalism a TAFE course for a year?

    and CHAN

    Huh? What ?

warm regards, ( of course )

    Whoops,

    Re: Paying back hecs debt.

Someone here seems to forget that it is this generation that has had to pay for their University education. Didnt whitlam make it all free in the 70’s?

Please excuse me if I have this all wrong, but there seems to be alot of people riding very tall ( high ) horses around this forum.

    email from my isp

“iiNet is contacting you regarding your Bliink application under the username ”.

A full Service Qualification has now been conducted on your nominated phone line. Your phone line is currently on a PGS or RIM.

PGS (Pair Gain Systems) and RIM (Remote Integrated Multiplexer) means that there are multiple lines on the same single copper wire, which makes your line incompatible for ADSL.

Telstra are in the process of testing your line for an alternative path. If one is found, your line will be upgraded to full copper with ADSL.

This is an automated email and you are not required to respond to this message. We will be in touch with you shortly via email to let you know the results of this investigation.

    Kind regards,

    iiNet ADSL Team

BLOODY TELSTRA – SUBURB BUILT IN LATE 1970’S PAIR GAIN AND RIM AAAAAARRRGGGHHHHHHHHH. HOPEFULLY THEY CAN REROUTE OR STUCK ON BLOODY DIALUP FOR EVER.

I would like to say that that little rant made me feel better but……….

I read in the paper up here something around the region of 3.4%, but it was a couple of months ago and I think it was statewide? But not totally sure.

    Hi there,

Disaree to only a small part. ” Theres always been this unusual trend here – when prices are low “down south” the market tends to move here. When it does move ..it really moves.”
As I said slight disagree here.” The fact is we have had minimal capital growth here. Steves Book Page 96 points this out also.(though pre 86 data – not avail)?? Anyhow we are still waiting for the medium price double !!!
So I cant agree here at this point, after 18 years where the explosive capital growth is. It hasnt doubled in 18 years. Could this be here prices skyrocket, Buggered is I know. I would suggest that a growing instead of a shinking population may help.

    Good luck in your investments

    Brent1
