Hmmm, not quite true from my experience anyway.

Tried to buy block of 12 strata titled units, tried finance, but could only come up with finance via a commercial loan. Which made it unviable for us. You may know a way around this, or the bank may say yes to your request.

    All the best.

    Seven,

Totally agree with you. Who hasnt got upset at time to time on here? From what I have read, Bec was anti Wrapping,( I am not anti Wrapping) why not give the newer people the opportunity to see both sides of the story? There would be very few people left on here if we were all banned for being negative at times.

    Hi there,

have said it before and I’ll say it again,

I like this town, the weather is awesome, nice beaches, great fishing, good camping.

    However,

People are leaving in droves, the average median price has not doubled in 16 years, the real estate agents are trying to talk it all up, and they could very well be right in the end, high rise…[Read more]

    Hi all,

Prices have already gone through the roof there. Brother in law bought 3 Bd unit across the road from Movie world off siganto dr and he is laughing all the way to the bank. I think more than doubled in 2 years, we looked at unit across the road for $78000, but couldnt due to restrained finances ( baby ) at the time . Doooooooooh

    Brent,

This is why I call you a Hipocrite you dill, SIS is only doing the same thing that you are doing , since 1996 for christ sake, and you are having a go at him. Do you see now, or do I…[Read more]

    Yep,

Poor buggers, go and pay to get edumecated, then a high percentage finish and there are no jobs for them. Another reason I think SIS is alright, gone and helped himself, and yes we all know he has to eventually pay back the money with CPI increases. Especially him.

    Probably just being ignorant,

The reason I ask is ” Did you pay it all back straight away, or did you defer? You seem to be getting stuck right into your fellow MODERATOR, because he is deferring paying off the debt, but your silence is deafening with CHAN says he has a debt since 1996. Hipocritical for your to judge one person, who is…[Read more]

    Whoops,

    Re: Paying back hecs debt.

Someone here seems to forget that it is this generation that has had to pay for their University education. Didnt whitlam make it all free in the 70’s?

Please excuse me if I have this all wrong, but there seems to be alot of people riding very tall ( high ) horses around this forum.
