Hi there,
Have you ever even driven through town??
My god, the only reason to stop there is to fill up. Hey I have got another good spot for you, houses only $20000, its called Pine Creek, only 200Kms from Darwin and 100 Km from Katherine. towns only industry, mine, has closed down, but why would that stop you??
Good luck,

Hi there,
I use Emma Mansfield @ Mick Smith Real Estate, Fanny Bay. You will probably pay between 9.5 – 12 % up here everywhere, but I have found them to be pretty good.

Yep,
And in the news tonight, a 32 story tower with penthouse apartments going for $4 mill each, and both apparently gone. Builders are still building here, they must know something I dont ( ie believe still Neg population growth)

Hi there,
Lived in Darwin 10 years now, until the last year and a bit, next to no growth at all. Up until this year prices had not doubled in Darwin since they started counting in 1986. That may have all changed in the last year or so, as price increases may have edged the medium price over the magical TON since 1986. Though I believe that…[Read more]

Hi there,
As you may well be.
Havent seen the latest population figures, would have expected howver that the flood out of NT had been halted by our magnificent last dry season. The build up has started, so it is now crunch time. When the figures come out, I will post them to you.
Believe vacancy rates only 5% currently, will rise as…[Read more]

Goodness gracious me,
Even the MODERATORS arguing amongst themselves now.
What has happened to this site so that everyone is now so sadly angry. I have trouble bothering to log in here now, whereas before I used to spend hours going through all the posts. The occasional spat was always a good laugh/read, however this place is now over the…[Read more]

Not that I can see/hear.

Hi there,
Check out that an Anne_Marie Donaldson or especially a Robin ( Rob ) Poumako are not involved. This one is ringing warning bells for me, if it is who I think it is, ASIC are trying to shut them down, crooks, they advertised the The Lifestyle Planner up here months ago ( I think it was that title ) when they were under ASIC orders to…[Read more]

Hi there,
I live up in Darwin, and there does seem to be a lot of Sold, or Under Contract signs at the moment. However, if it is interstate buyers, and we dont have a population increase shortly, and I mean a real increase, then they could get burnt as well. Its all very well to say the Railway and the increased Port usage, and Govt spending…[Read more]
