    Thanx Westan, but am aware of the CGT thing.
    But what I’d like to know is the ball-park figure for the extras you pointed out including agents comm., and any other extras you may be able to think of.

    I have both REAP and REMS but have only used REAP so far. I think its great.

    So will I have to pay body corporate as with strata?
    Simply, would I be better off buying torrens rather than strata?

    Hi again.

    Thankyou Terry. I’ll have to consider that. But are there any other ideas?
    Am I better off just selling my shares (which mind you are doing very well and will continue to do so) and putting down deposits for 1-3 IP’s? Is this the easy way out?
