I am actually going to go about letter dropping in the next couple of weeks myself in the area and streets that I like. I ended up just keeping it pretty basic with just my details,
property details, offer amount and then I just put down ‘subject to’ finance through X lender and then ended it with the offer expiry date and date/signature.

People are on here to get some genuine help and be helpful in return. Not to receive useless comments that are ‘trying’ to get a reaction like a TROLL usually does. If you are trying to be a comedian I suggest you look into some courses because you lack that ‘funny’ personality!

I talked to my friend about ringing the agent and she said she would go in and ask for a document to write a written offer.

I’d agree on neutral colours too and very light colours that accentuate like pastel colours that doesn’t overpower. If you are painting make sure you use washable paint as I am currently renting myself and the cheapo paint that they have used is ridiculous. Do you know if you can put in a written offer if there is a contract on it that has not been finalised yet?

How would I give a cheque if I am interstate? Is the cheque refunded if the vendor rejects the offer and how do you know he won’t cash it in?
