I would like to buy property and hold for income is as my investing strategy at present and in the near future. In my opinion , is is the best thing to do. Property is a good investment. You could either sell it or make it as a means of income especially if it is a commercial or a resort type.

For me a holiday house is a good investment and you can really save especially if love going on a vacation to the place where you want to purchase. You can also use it as a business and have it for rent for other travelers.

Yes, the property or a house for rental is not that necessary to be furnished with things inside. Otherwise, it could have been that way if the house or place is for recreation like a beach house or a property for commercial purposes.
