thanks for your responses, I’ll just move around what was becoming a head banging wall!
it and many other things are in Steve’s 0-130 properties. It does tend to wipe out other theories, it is easy to read, sometimes humorous and gives plenty of food for thought. See Steve’s forum further down. This hasn’t really answer your question but I’m not sure if its ok to give a more direct answer – ask Steve
where do you find out about steve’s seminar’s in time
Hi Almc
my late father was a very wiseman he used to say “you have to live in at least 3-4 different homes before you really know what you want” If you want to build to make a home you may like to try this idea especially at 25 you may not have sufficient money for your dream home. The other advantage is that you can profit in many ways on these 3-4 homes so by the time you get to your dream home you are not a slave to your morgage. take it from a slave, its not the way to go.
Hi folks
I grew up on the central coast N.S.W and moved to Sydney for many years. I have now lived in Queensland for many years and there I little reason I would return. we could only afford a non location, location resident, if not renting, too far from any where. Here we live in a relatively new estate surrounded by rural areas, within 40mins you have all the shopping, beaches, childcare and education centres you could want. All fully accessible by public transport 4bdr, 2 bath, 2 car 600 – 1200smt $225,000 lake views from c$400,000 rentals from $250/week unfortunately donot fit 20 sec solution – but for cost and lifestyle it sure beats Sydney
many thanks – “looks to good to be good” rides again
