out of interests sake, what will happen with the deposit bonds if you don’t/can’t complete the transactions? (ie.default on contract?)
to my knowledge you have to have finance approved to get a deposit bond – is this the case?
if the finance was formally approved what happenned? are the vals short?

CALL NOW…adults only (boys and girls ask mummy or daddy first) ~~ 1900 HOT BROKER ~~FireCaesar – most lending is undertaken on the basis you can pay it back – so if assessed rental isn’t sufficient to cover repayments then in everyday terms, you have a problem if you don’t have a job.
Some low docs are more aptly described as asset lends, not sure if you have them in NZ and are not (to my knowledge) available for 80%.

A copy of the plans showing dimensions would be nice and useful – and you’ll save yourself and the valuer 15 minutes of measuring up.

the conduct on your card is important – the lower the limit the better as Woodsman said, servicing will be calculated at the credit limit not the outstanding balance or average monthly useage.
the good news is that a number of lenders will ignore the credit limit if you provide 3 or more months of statements demonstrating the card is paid in full each month.
