    Another good low doc apart from Colonial is GE Money.

    No Mortgage insurance and just below 7% also good to deal with (turnarounds)

    Forgot to mention Westpac has dropped rates for Lowdoc too.

    Yes I agree (Colonial) I assume has the option fantastic rates & products for low doc…

    Incidently Firstmac has changed since my last message to 7.05% LOC and now customer pays MI so not so appealing.

    Colonial/CBA dont discriminate against S/emp including me!!

    I can help you with low doc at 7.1% Lender pays MI.
    Let me know if you want any help. (i am based in Perth) App fee $250 no ongoing fees. all you need in ABN for 2 years or accountants letter to confirm you have been self emp 2 years

    try NO DOC lending as long as you have 70% LVR only need ABN for 1 day. easy! you declare your income and dont have to prove anything. This is major problem with most self employed people i come across. due to everyone trying to reduce tax etc. come back to me with any further questions. Brad
