By the way, i followed your trick on staining the wooden fence, and it looks great! It repels water and doesnt stain when you run your hands on it! I truly recommend it and its cheap!!! Great stuff! Id really love to hear what other people would have to say about this as my partner has just bought a 3x unit and currently undergoing strata to get each unit under its own title. Each unit cost $97K and estimated sell after just dividing is $135K. This is because each unit will have thier own land as well

my $700 ticket was worthit… every single cent was worth it. There was so much information to take in and we're both applying it and we're seeing results… I can't wait to build our portfolio. We're 21 and hoping to get an early start before life bombards us with responsibilities and distractions.
