It is resort style, and beach side.

If you are hiring an RV, don’t forget the costs of a pitch for the night, unless you are going to sleep at the side of the road. Also, the fuel costs will be much higher, depends how far you are planning to travel.

It was about how, legally, a corporation is treated as an individual, it has the same legal rights as a human individual.
Going on from this, they ran a mental health questionnaire, to discover the personality of ‘The Corporation’. Unfortunately for the planet, the personality of the corporation, is PSYCHOPATH!!!
The mental health questionairre…[Read more]

Sorry, I have just re-read your initial post, and you say why do they stick with it AFTER they have been made aware it’s a lousy deal. Not so sure about that – Laziness??
bootylicious replied to the topic Frustrated Broker… in the forum Finance 19 years, 11 months ago
My guess would be ignorance. I read somewhere that a large proportion of the population could not even tell you what interest rate they were paying. So how would they know if they had a good deal or not?
I have to admit that I fell into that category until a few months back. We strugled to get our low doc loan last year, because we were new…[Read more]

Mortgage Advisor,
You said “You do not need to invest only where you live. I am fortunate because I can buy properties sight unseen if the numbers are right. A lot of people can’t do this.”What do you mean by this? Why can’t anyone buy sight unseen? It’s not something that I have done, but it is something I am considering. Am I missing…[Read more]

Hi,
We are tenants with a pool, and wish our landlord took an interest.
It is our responsibility to maintain the pool, fair enough, but we don’t have the tools to do it with. We have no hoover attachment, so it is impossible to get all the crap off the bottom of the pool. We have asked the owner, and he said we didn’t need anything else. We…[Read more]
bootylicious replied to the topic 2 IP …really scared!! in the forum Help Needed! 19 years, 11 months ago
That sounds OK to be, but I am no expert. We had one IP, and then moved out of our PPOR, and rented it out too! We got a tenant within 1 week, which was marvellous ( in Sept). Our properties are in Perth. Where are you to have such a seasonal population, or is it the property type that makes it seasonal?

At the risk of sounding really dumb, could someone please tell me what a sleepout is? I will admit to being a pom by birth, and I have only come across this term since I have been looking at IP’s recently.
Thanks guys![santa2]

Hi,
Please be patient with me, as a newbie, and yes, I do know about the search function!
We have 2 properties, and are looking at buying another. They are in our joint names, which we are now thinking is probably not the best way to go, so want to get organised before we buy the 3rd property. Could someone please outline the benefits and…[Read more]
