    Steve – I have been a guided by your information and advice over the last 5 years and have been quite successful – thankyou – I have just read how to achieve wealth for life through property investing by Tony Melvin and Ed Chan – are you prepared to comment  on their road to wealth?? Just looking for discussion on their different view point .

    Hi – am looking at buying 9 blocks of land and doing tidy up job, marketing and re-selling in short time frame -after the three day mega conference I heard about capitalising your interest -does this mean I borrow the monay and not pay any interest for a set period of time ?   What type of loan is this – what do I ask when I call the bank?

    Also – would this be a commercial loan?
