    Hi all again,

I have to say that IMHO I think it is the hullabaloo made about the ceremony and reception that ruins the experience of getting married for some if not most couples. I think it possiby distracts from what getting married is all about, yeah its fun to have a big party and get all dressed up but the rest of your life may not be a big…[Read more]

    Hi,

I am a PM in SA and the only thing I can advise is read your contract that you signed VERY carefully and all the fine print. Then if you are still stumped try the Consumer and Business Affairs web site in your state… http://www.ocba.qld.gov.au …. I think thats it and have a look under Residential Tennancies and there is an information booklet in…[Read more]

    OK…. some blonde jokes eh?!

A handyman arrives at his next job, knocks on the door and is invited in to have a look at the painting that the client wanted done.
First she leads him into the first room and says, “This is the kitchen I would like it a yellow colour”. The handyman walks to the window and yells, “Green side up!”

  • blondie_bec replied to the topic Can i get out of sale contract? in the forum Help Needed! 20 years, 2 months ago

    Lee,

It should be just as easy as ringing them up and tell ing them that you have decided not to sell your home. They can not sell you home if you do not want to sell it. [biggrin]
The only fees you may come accross are for advertising that may have already been published.
Besides that you should have no problems.

    Tru,
To become an agent and work for an agency you will need to complete:

Pretty sure you can complete it through TAFE or go to REI (Real Estate Institute) in your state and they also should run the course through there and costs about $1,000.
Once you have the paper work you should be able to get a…[Read more]
