My opinion…its out of control!!! When you have properties bought for $386k in 2006 sells for $610k 3 years later-up nearly 60% in 3 years…well I just dont know what to think….crazy!!!!!!!!People might be able to afford such jumps with interest rates

The reason I ask is becasue I have been to two opens for properties due to go to auction-both quoted at being around 5-550k, I have a bet with my wife that they will both go over $600k.
