    Hi Still in School

I was wondering how could you acquire 11 properties in such a short time and still be going to Tafe. I am assuming that you would be working part time. Also you are only 21.

I am very curious to find out what you have done to achieve this.
    Thanks

    Hi Guys

I would be interested in the value of all your portfolios and the equity you have in each property.

And what your long term strategy is for obtaining more property.

    Hi Everyone

I have a plan. Here it is and a combination of things that is needed for someone to become successful.First is desire. A burning desire to be successful.Belief in your ability and yourself. An organised plan of how you will achieve your goals. This plan should be read twice per day.Definate decision making dont be a procrastinator.Specialised knowledge of the real estate market.Persistance to keep going even when you think of giving up.Have faith in what you are doing is right and most importantly keep your own business. People will always knock what you are doing. Investing in property is no good please dont listen to these people because 98% of the time they dont understand what you are doing.

The main reason people fail in any business is lack of planning FAIL TO PLAN PLAN TO FAIL.

Thats me and how I do it.

How Little you know about Neil Jenman

Yes he promotes Ethics in Real estate however he also trains people to be proffessional real estate agents and he want the industry to be recognised as proffessionals is that a bad thing. He helps stuggling agents to be more profitable. Once and for all you are having a go at a person and a system that you no nothing about . He is not a franchise he charges a fee for membership. I am defending him because I was a part of his system and I follow it to the T and my income is $150 200k per year.Where and average agent would earn $35000 per year.before making an opinion go and visit his seminar.
