    I would love to get a group together buddy, I am in ACT and am dying for the same thing, I am interested in all property related mattters, developments, residential, commercial, international -the full deal and no one in my circle of friends seems interested in discussing it. I know there are groups in the ACT like the propertyinvestors club founded by Kevin Young, but his mantra is Negative Gearing and his setup is basically a giant sales machine with free seminars and does not provide even one iota of the vast array of info one can obtain by just reading a few of the posts here (like you said.)     I am really interested in getting a commercial property loan for a warehouse to be constructed. I earn approx 1k p/w what sort of LVR would they offer me? do you have any nice contacts I can ring?

    Hi there, I spoke to a tax expert today about CGT obligations on US property and she told me that I am only entitled to pay US taxes at the 15% rate

    Hi there, I found this site helpful to sift out the growth counties within states based on recent US census data.
    N.B- Nevada tops the pop. growth list at 3.5%+ with Arizona closing in at 3.4-3.5% followed by Florida. It is also expected the population of California will double by the year 2018-2020.
