I don’t have any references for property investment groups however I do run a networking group for the property development industry if you are looking to step into the property development space. The events are mainly for networking but also include an educational presentation (30 mins max) from an industry expert. Usually over 100 people attend the events so there is plenty of good quality networking within the group.
