I'm looking to head over very soon. What areas are you visiting on your next trip?

Hi Rob
Can you please tell me which Texas City you purchased in and which Property Management company ended up being the best one to work with?
Thanks Bek
Wow I had no idea laws like that existed for OK. Do you know if they exist in other states? What happens after 7 years if you still own the property?
Thank you for these tips. I know a lot of people seem to be going for the obvious areas like Las Vagas, Florida, Detroit and Atlanta. Those areas still seem to be in decline. I want to invest in a city that is moving up not down.
Hi Vincent
I have contacted Michael but unfortunately I haven't heard back from him. I'm extremely interested in purchasing some properties in the USA. I would like to know more about your services but I would also like to do some more of my own research. How do you narrow down your search to select the right cities to invest in?

What is the FHA waiver?
Everyone has the right to their own agenda I guess. My agenda is that I would like to purchase at least two properties using cash in the coming months in the best location I can find within the States.
This means I need to research rental yields, capital growth, unemployment etc. Feel free to join forces if you have a common goal.On a separate note does anyone know of a tax grant for people buying houses that is set to end on 30th April?
Hi there
I'd love to work with others to research American states. I've been looking at this site http://www.housingpredictor.com/index.html. I've norrowed it down to these states based on their predictions for 2010 (and I'm trying to stay away from terrible climates). Happy to hear any thoughts/comments on these states before I start researching them further. I have no idea of the house prices or rental yield yet.
– Ohio
– Louisiana

Hi All
I'm concidering putting a CF+ property on the market. $399,000 with a weekly rent of $760 in a town that's been listing on Hotspotting as one of the top 10 national boom towns. Do you think that's the type of return people are after? Any idea on where to advertise to target investors who want to positively gear?
Thanks
BekHi there
I know it's not quite in the same region but do you have any comments on Mt Isa? I've found a deal there that I'm interested in but have ZERO experience when it comes to investing in mining towns. I'm looking to buy, reno, sell.
Thanks
Bek
