with 1200 people i would wana be paying about 25k with about 100pw rent plus.
There are towns around with 20,000 plus population with properties 50-60k 120-140pw rent. However they are outside NSW.

I have to say I agree with allot that Aceducey is saying.[buz2]
I have been informed by SIS what the domino effect is. I can certainly see how it works, however as he said u got to be careful the dominoes don’t fall. For my circumstances I really don’t think I would use it, but given the right circumstances I think I would.
If you guys go back and read all of SIS’s replies Some of u may even find the answer, I can see it as clear as day (now that he has pointed it out to me………LOL). If u put together most of his replies the answers are already there. One might even wonder if there is a method to his madness and giving the people that are willing to work it out the chance to use it. Maybe he just doesn’t want to hand it out on a platter (rewards come to those whom help themselves). No I don’t know this as fact, just a possible assumption. Only SIS can answer this question, but I’m curious if my assumption is correct SIS?

Make up your own template and use it over and over again. If u go into a real estate agent im sure they would gladly give u an offer form that u can use for futher info.

DONT MISS OUT!!!!!Having not read the original posts, its hard for me to comment, however I have to agree with Kay, I thought this was an area where we can inform other forum members of up coming events?
I believe Ray is doing a good job getting things started in Adelaide, as we do seem to miss out on alot of seminars coming to Adelaide, and Ray is one person pushing for them to come, and if it means he has to get the numbers up then so be it.
Ray is a doer and like in most areas doers get jumped on, however sometimes there is a fine line b/w advertising and notifying.
Keep up the good work Ray, possibly in future use the forum for informing of seminars.
Maybe admin can clarify this further?

DONT MISS OUT!!!!!One side overlooked here and I feel the most important part of any seminar, NETWORKING, you get to meet other serious investors and get to hear their stories also. Sure u get to do it on a forum also, but face to face with the real human contact and connection I believe you learn alot more not to mention the motivational aspect of it.

Personally I would let the dust settle for about 6-12 months, then work out where the market was at and work out a strategy from there.
