    Thanks Derek

    I attended his one day course last Saturday and found it very interesting. I was just curious if any one was using his services and how they felt they were going.

    I met with one of his financial planners yesterday and unfortunately my circumstances at present aren’t really sufficient to put his practices in place and feel +ve is still the way to go for myself.

    Hi Pisces, thanks for that link.

    As many of u know I have had some health issues. I have had hyperinsulineamia for many years and recently diagnosed with Hypoglycemias also.

    Its is a real battle as im sure u know Pisces and its like u say health does get taken for granted while all is well.

    Any other info u have Pisces would be greatly appreciated mate if u can email them to me.

    What would they teach – budgeting, mortagages, shares, property, managed funds, wraps, options, warrants?

    Maybe they could base it on the book Richest Man in Babylon that covers the basic principles of investing.

    I disagree! Who ever wins the medal its because he followed all the rules and met all the criteria to get there, and was fastest on the day. Not because some one else broke the rules. Accident or not its still breaking the rules. As much as I feel for Thorpie, rules are rules.

    If some one accidentally took the wrong medication and gets tested positive for a banned substance, does that mean that the person should still race? If he is the best does that mean the next person don’t deserve the gold?

    Rules are rules wether we like them or not. I say bad luck Thorpie Good luck to the new guy, Even Thorpie wishes the new guy luck and he is a personal friend, one door closes another one opens. I still say Australia will still win gold in that event with Hackett.

    Stupid rule yes , however i do understand the rule. The qualifying events run on the same rules as the olympic events and was put into place in 98 to stop the deliberate false starters whom tried to get a psychological advantage.

    A few from the forum have been and said it was well worth while, i havnt been as much as i would have liked to , however if i was in sydney i would make a real effort to get there.

    Depending on the tenants, most are pretty good, and wouldnt mind doing the odd little job themselves, if not maybe offer a small fee for their services.

    If they not interested, property managers usually know the local handy man

    Yack i to have been caught out helping freinds or freinds of freinds in the past. I have since learnt that sometimes instead of giving them the solution myself and taking on board their problems, its sometimes best to help them find their own solutions, if this makes sense.

    I honestly dont understand it either, isnt the rules u are allowed 1 or 2 falses starts? Or has the rule been changed?

    However if he broke the rules then i can understand, no matter how stupid the rule is.

    Part of the learing process is finding the properties. Dont worry mate u are on the right track.
