I would agree with you Andrew and I would have alot in common, but we would have our differences to im sure[
]As Far as win/win goes I have made list of about 10 things I was offering none of which were excepted and that’s ok, but I also asked if they could in return send me a list of Wants and needs they require, to no avail[
]So don’t worry Leigh I agree with what you are saying but they also have to meet their needs, but if I cant come up with something meeting their needs, and they wont inform myself of their needs, then not being psychic I guess I have to move on to other plans. But I promise you this I WILL BE THERE!
BTW, I was overwhelmed by you considering the offer of your home. I believe for someone to even consider that for a complete stranger must be a very very special person and for that I thank you!

I ate some things I didn’t even know what they were when spending time living with the aborigine’s. A couple I remember were echidna and crocodile, the crocodile made me quite ill, but the echidna was like a cross of lamb and chicken.

After reading this thread it has helped me realise I am on the right track. I have given up searching on the net, and talking to agents on the phone. About 2 weeks ago I bought myself an 89 ford laser on gas that was pulled apart by a young guy and couldn’t put it back together. So far I have to put another $1000 into it shouldn’t cost me much more, then I will be selling my Fairmont
petrol guzzler and hitting the road. That is my plan and goal, the laser will be much slower especially on gas but it will get me there on a very low budget. Hopefully it will be ready to roll next week and then im off. I have found many positive geared properties thus far if I had a cash deposit but found with out a cash deposit they just don’t work for me. So I realised it was time for me to get out there and show my face. Maybe even get some cards printed and leave them with agents I meet as well as locals, and offer a small spotters fee to the locals.I hope this helps somewhat Josh

Hate to tell you Bear but I flew down from Brisbane and paid Accom, etc. How bad do you want it ?I got no specal favours back then I was just another face in the crowd. If you want to be noticed let your actions speak louder than your words…..

Nice to know im not the only one that feels like this at the start, and I haven’t even purchased my 1st property yet, hehehe, actually that’s not what’s scaring me, its using my home as equity that scare’s me, but why let it be stagnant. []My fear comes from the fact I nearly lost my 1st home many years ago when interest rates got to near 18%. That’s why I stayed away from property investment in the past. I figured, while I have a mortgage I give one of my testicles to the bank to keep in their safe for safekeeping. That way when opportunities come up I don’t have the balls to proceed [:0)]
