In 2003 Queenstown had the highest CG growth then any where in australia according to the Australian about 2 weeks ago.

heheheheh Fibejebe I to was on the school debate team not to mention the captain of it ..LOL, im told there are still videos used at that school of me debating to teach the students of today..LOL OMG I don’t know if I like that or not, however I remember the teachers use to take great pleasure in making me debate things I felt strong about but on the opposite side to my beliefs. That was a great teacher for me in early life to realise there are 2 sides to every argument and both sides can actually be right.

It doesn’t matter what ocean we are talking about wether it be the Pacific or Indian Ocean, the wrap ocean, sales or shares ocean. Where SHARKS see prey they will enter the waters and feed off them. It doesn’t mean everything of every body is doing the same. Morals lie within the individual. I believe people can obtain that win/win in wraps with the right morals in place, but not by the sharks.

I personally believe I am a very good judge of character and believe that Steve is genuine about seeking win/win for all concerned, as are many others. But yes others will take advantage of others less fortunate like those in the law balling thread that say gain from others misfortune. I would like to think before I low ball I would look at the big picture. If they are selling and in financial dire straights, I would like to think as long as I know I can make a profit, I would pay as much as I could to help them also. But wouldn’t have a problem low balling some one I know has had 100% cg in the last 6 months.

That’s just my 2 cents worth.

Too many people judge other people they don’t know on what their experiences maybe with other people! As Steve says, WE DON’T KNOW WHAT WE DON’T KNOW! That is the problem.

Thanks for the offer Leigh, but honestly if I was in a position to do that im sure I would have found the money to buy them. Although im considering purchasing the house coming up for sale next to my other property. It only needs basic Reno’s but smells to hi heaven, I think the house was used as a indoors farm……..LOL WE have been considering moving there tho.

Thanks again but if we move we may just be able to help out if im not too busy doing my stuff…….LOL, having said that I have enough on my plate this end at the moment, and working on other demographic areas at present.

Well its sold anyway guys and it was the house im thinking of. It was sold in about 30 minutes of being on the net. Some one that wants to live in it. Would have been a great house after spending around 10-20k on it, still a cheap house. Any big renovation jobs in Queenstown unless u have someone lined up to do it, it’s just not worth it as it will take a long time to get done with the labour available there. Great place for a young family to move to tho I reckon

If this were the property I think it is, I wouldn’t consider purchasing unless prepared to live there and do the work yourself. However, if some one knows of some one near by that can do the work, that would be different.
